Job Context:
We are looking for people who are willing to accept any challenges and take charge with a “Can Do” attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide service information to the customer
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with both existing and potential customers
  • Achieve sales target within the assigned territory
  • Receiving customer queries and forwarding to concern department
  • Innovative and have a problem solving mindset
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Collecting information from the customer and inputting this correctly and appropriately on the database

Employment Status:

Educational Requirements:
LL.B (Hons), LL.B, LL.M

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Face-to-Face Customer Support, Online Customer Support
  • Excellent communication skills with clients
  • Leadership qualities to managing, coaching and mentoring people
  • Honest and Hardworking.
  • Good command on Internet Browsing (Computer and Smart Phone Browser)
