Job Responsibilities:
- Provide service information to the customer
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with both existing and potential customers
- Achieve sales target within the assigned territory
- Receiving customer queries and forwarding to concern department
- Innovative and have a problem solving mindset
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Collecting information from the customer and inputting this correctly and appropriately on the database

LL.B (Hons), LL.B, LL.M
Additional Requirements:
- Age 24 to 30 years

- The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Face-to-Face Customer Support, Online Customer Support
- Excellent communication skills with clients
- Leadership qualities to managing, coaching and mentoring people
- Honest and Hardworking.
- Good command on Internet Browsing (Computer and Smart Phone Browser)
